Each starting price applies to the deliverables and limits listed in that package. We review your brief, then confirm the exact scope, cost and schedule in a written proposal. Selecting a package is an enquiry, not an order or a payment.
Choose Launch together for an iOS and Android app with a single-page launch website, or Grow together for a larger app and a five-page site. For a standalone website, choose Launch or Signature under Premium websites. For automation, start with one defined workflow. If the requirements are still unclear, a Product blueprint or Workflow audit can help define the build. You can also select “Custom scope / help me choose”.
The delivery ranges on each card are estimates for its starting scope. The agreed schedule begins when scope, access and required content are ready. We set review points together; delayed feedback, added features and external approvals can move the release date.
A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed design direction. Package cards state the included rounds. Extra pages, workflows, integrations or a new direction change the scope. Any additional work and price need approval before we begin.
Domains, hosting, paid assets, platform subscriptions, AI/API usage, payment processing and app-store accounts are separate, as are applicable taxes. We identify the required tools during scoping so you can understand both the build cost and the ongoing costs.
Payment milestones are agreed in the proposal before booking. Custom project files and source code are handed over after final payment. Open-source libraries, stock assets and third-party software keep their respective licence terms. A care plan is optional, not a condition of ownership.
No. Bring the problem you want to solve, who the product is for and the features that matter most. We translate that into a practical scope and explain the technical choices. For websites, we also need approved content and brand assets, unless content work is separately included in your proposal.
We agree reviewable milestones: the brief, the design direction, a working build and release preparation. You can review the work at those stages and give consolidated feedback. Communication channels, review dates and the project decision-maker are agreed at kickoff.
Both Launch together and Grow together include an iOS and Android app built from one shared codebase, plus a matching marketing website and first-submission support. The website is not a browser version of your app. You provide the developer accounts and store fees. Approval and review timing belong to Apple and Google. Device-specific features, complex offline use and other advanced needs are scoped separately.
We define the task, connected tools, expected inputs and exception cases before building. Where actions need oversight, we include a human approval step and test the agreed workflow. AI output can be wrong, so the scope should specify what is reviewed, what happens on failure and who makes the final decision.
Build packages include 30 days of fixes for defects in the delivered, agreed functionality. New features and changes caused by third-party services are separate. Optional care packages offer the stated maintenance tasks and limited hours; coverage, renewals and cancellation terms are agreed in writing.
We agree what success should look like before building: for example, completed enquiries, a smoother booking journey, less manual handling or adoption of one core product feature. Where measurement is included in scope, we can compare those signals after launch. Revenue and returns depend on your offer, traffic and operations; they are not guaranteed.
