01 / Who you are contacting

Mehmet Alp Aktemur operates this website under the studio name BLACKHAMMER TECH, based in Istanbul, Türkiye. BLACKHAMMER TECH is a trading name, not a separately incorporated company. Contact: hello@blackhammer.tech. The contracting provider’s full details, including its address and applicable registration or tax details, will be supplied in your written proposal before any agreement or payment.

02 / Enquiry, then agreement

Choosing a package, preparing a brief or sending an enquiry does not create a paid order or service contract. We first review the fit and availability. Both parties must approve a separate written service agreement and scope before work begins. You are free not to proceed.

03 / Scope, pricing and payment

Published USD prices are starting budgets for the listed scope. Introductory prices have no advertised expiry. They are not a price lock until confirmed in your proposal. The proposal will state deliverables, exclusions, applicable taxes, third-party costs, currency, payment milestones and any offer applied. No payment is collected here. Additional work or scope changes require written approval of the added cost and schedule.

04 / Delivery and collaboration

Delivery ranges are estimates, subject to an agreed start date, access, content and timely feedback. Revision rounds are limited to those in the approved scope. Milestones, review periods, acceptance criteria and support arrangements will be set out in the service agreement. We will agree any material change with you.

05 / Ownership, confidentiality and integrations

The service agreement will specify ownership and handover of custom deliverables, any retained tools, third-party licences and confidentiality obligations. You must have permission to provide the content, accounts and data used in the project. Hosting, subscriptions, model usage and app-store fees are separate unless included in writing. Store approvals, sales, rankings and financial returns are not guaranteed. AI workflows need appropriate testing and human oversight.

06 / Cancellation and consumer rights

You may withdraw an enquiry without charge. Cancellation and refund arrangements for a paid project will be disclosed before you agree. If you purchase as a consumer, mandatory rights applicable to your purchase remain unaffected, including any statutory withdrawal, remedy or refund rights. This checkbox does not waive them or request early performance during a withdrawal period. Where required, any request to start early will be handled separately.

07 / International projects

We work remotely with businesses and individuals. Your country and whether you are buying for business or personal use will be confirmed before the proposal, so the relevant pre-contract information and consumer requirements can be addressed. Any governing-law or dispute provisions will be specified in the service agreement without removing mandatory protections.

08 / Questions and records

Contact hello@blackhammer.tech about scope, pricing or concerns before proceeding. We will provide the final proposal and agreement in a form you can retain. The brief includes this notice’s version and your acknowledgement; this page does not create a signed contract or collect a payment.
