01The website and its operator

Mehmet Alp Aktemur operates this website under the studio name BLACKHAMMER TECH, based in Istanbul, Türkiye. BLACKHAMMER TECH is a trading name, not a separately incorporated company. Contact: hello@blackhammer.tech.

These terms explain use of blackhammer.tech, its studio content, project enquiry tools and demonstration pages. They are separate from any paid project agreement. If you do not wish to use the website on this basis, please stop using it. Nothing here treats a visit as a purchase or as consent to personal-data processing.

02Enquiries are not orders

You can browse services, select a starting package and prepare an email brief. No payment is collected on this website. A selection, checked acknowledgement, prepared brief or email enquiry does not book capacity, create a paid order or start work.

We review requirements and availability first. Before a paid project begins, both parties must agree a written scope and service agreement. The proposal must identify the contracting provider and its full legal, address and applicable tax or registration details, as well as the information required for your type of purchase. You are free not to proceed with an enquiry.

03Prices, offers and schedules

Package prices are starting budgets in US dollars for the stated scope. Applicable taxes and third-party costs are additional unless expressly included. The written proposal confirms the total, currency, payment milestones, deliverables, exclusions and any introductory offer before agreement.

Introductory offers do not have an advertised expiry. Listed budgets and availability may change for new enquiries; a change to the website does not rewrite an accepted agreement. Scope additions require written agreement on cost and timing.

Delivery ranges are estimates for the listed starting scope, dependent on an agreed start, required access and content, and timely feedback. External approvals, including app-store review, remain outside our control.

04Paid work, ownership and support

A separate service agreement covers milestones, review and acceptance, revisions, payment, cancellation, confidentiality, ownership and handover. Any care plan, renewal or cancellation arrangement must be disclosed and agreed before purchase; browsing or enquiring does not create a subscription.

Rights in custom project deliverables are addressed in that agreement. Third-party software, fonts, stock assets and open-source components retain their own licences. Hosting, subscriptions, API/model usage, payment-processing fees and app-store accounts are separate unless included in writing.

05Cancellation and mandatory rights

An enquiry can be withdrawn without charge. Cancellation, refunds and any deposit conditions for a paid project will be supplied before agreement. Where you buy as a consumer, applicable statutory withdrawal, remedy, warranty and refund rights remain unaffected.

The website acknowledgement does not waive consumer rights or request immediate service performance during a statutory withdrawal period. Any required request to start early, and its consequences, must be handled separately and explicitly before work begins.

06Content and demonstration projects

You may view the site, share links and keep reasonable copies for evaluating our services. Website branding, designs, text and assets belong to their respective owners or are used under the relevant permissions or licences. Do not represent our work as your own or reuse it commercially without permission or another lawful basis.

Portfolio entries identified as studio concepts are fictional demonstrations, not client endorsements. Aster Care does not provide medical advice or real appointments; Ember Kitchen does not fulfil food orders or reservations; AVENOR does not sell the illustrated watches. Prices, availability, product specifications and checkout-like interactions within those demos are illustrative.

Some demonstration photographs and sculptural brand assets are AI-generated. Client feedback describes individual experiences and does not guarantee the same outcome for another project.

07Responsible use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability or security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or use the site unlawfully. Any content you send should be relevant to your enquiry and yours to share.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal datasets in an initial brief. If project work needs access to protected systems or regulated information, suitable arrangements must be agreed first.

08Availability and outcomes

We take reasonable care with website information, but errors, interruptions and changes can occur. Please ask us to clarify anything material before relying on it or agreeing a project. The site does not guarantee sales, rankings, revenue, investment returns, platform approvals or error-free third-party/AI output.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protections or liability for fraud. Liability for paid services is addressed in the separate service agreement, subject to mandatory law.

09Privacy and external services

The Privacy Policy explains information handling, and the Cookie Notice explains the website’s storage and tracking choices. They are notices, not blanket consent requests.

External links are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, content or decisions.

10Changes and questions

We may update these website terms, showing the revised date on this page. Updates apply to subsequent use and do not retroactively amend an agreed project. The applicable law and dispute arrangements for paid services will be specified in the service agreement without removing mandatory protections.
